A pedal-by shooting in the Jackie Robinson houses in East Harlem this morning left one aspiring rapper dead and another rapper wounded. As of now, however, police are still unsure of what precipitated the violence that killed 28-year-old Laquan Parks and sent 29-year-old Bigga Threat to Harlem Hospital with a bullet in his right thigh.
