Perhaps it should come to no surprise that a guy who paid for (a lot of) sex is cool with legalizing harmless flora, but Eliot Spitzer did used to be the Governor of New York and all. After some gentle ribbing by host Bill Maher (who is no stranger to smoking dope and copulating with prostitutes) Spitzer says, "To spend prosecutorial resources on pot is ridiculous...I'd be in favor of legalized pot.
