Silver Alert issued 11/16/12 at 7:10 AM.  NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Vilma Bowen, 71 year old, black female.  She was last seen 11/14/12 at approximately 12:00 PM in the vicinity of New York Avenue and Foster Avenue, in Brooklyn.  Ms. Bowen is described as 5'0", 135 lbs., medium complexion, brown eyes, grey hair, and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, red windbreaker, and white sneakers.  Ms. Bowen suffers from Alzheimer's.
