Silver Alert issued on 8/10/14 at 11:35 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Victor Salazar, a 73 year old Hispanic male, from Vyse Avenue and East 173rd Street in The Bronx. Mr. Salazar is currently taking medication which may leave him disoriented with possible short term memory loss. He was last seen on August 8th at 10:30 AM in the vicinity of East 68th Street and York Avenue in Manhattan. He was wearing a gray fleece jacket, black sneakers, and blue jeans. Mr. Salazar is described as being 5'10" tall, weighing 190lbs, with brown eyes, short gray hair, and a gray mustache.
