Big news: this fall, CUNY's Brooklyn College is opening the Barry R. Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema. Not often does a major college announce an entirely new school, let alone a New York City film school you can really dream of going to for once. Apply for an M.A. or M.F.A. program and:
  • Study at the country's only film school on a working film lot
  • Make history in the first graduating class from NYC's only public film school
  • Spend 2/3 less on tuition than at the city's private film schools
  • Explore the brand-new 68,000 facility located in the largest soundstage complex on the East Coast
  • Hone your craft in a city defined by cinema more than any other
Feirstein has all the pieces in place to be New York's next prestigious film school: location, affordability, diversity, and pedigree. If you've been thinking about studying cinema at the graduate level, maybe now's your chance!

Apply by March 14, 2015 and get priority consideration.
