Silver Alert issued 6/4/15 at 3:40 AM. The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Takashi Oka, a 90-year old Asian male with Alzheimer's, from Warren Avenue and North End Avenue in Manhattan. Mr. Oka was last seen at Washington Square West and Macdougal Alley in Manhattan on 6/3 at approximately 7:50 PM wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans, and maroon loafer shoes.
