NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Mary Moreno, a 83-year-old Hispanic female with Alzheimer's, from the area of West 50th Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan. She is described as being 4'10" tall and 85lbs. Ms. Moreno was last seen at approximately 6:30 PM on 10/4/15 wearing a brown jacket, brown skirt and has grey hair.
