Silver Alert issued 12/5/15 at 3:02 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regard to the disappearance of Jesus Padilla, a 51-year-old black Hispanic male who is deaf and mute with a mild developmental disability from the area of Webster Avenue and East 171st Street in The Bronx. He is described as being 5'5" tall and 200lbs with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen at approximately 9:00 AM on 12/4 wearing grey sweatpants, a black and grey jacket and black sneakers. A photo of the missing is available at http://i.imgur.com/j3Kyk2f.jpg. If you see Mr. Padilla, please call 9-1-1.
