NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Robert Hawkins, a 78-year-old black male with dementia, from the area of Kosciuszko Street and Lewis Avenue in Brooklyn. He is described as being 5'11" and 220lbs with salt and pepper hair. Mr. Hawkins was last seen at 4:00 PM on 12/30, wearing a black hat, a tan and white sweater, and glasses.
